unspoken narratives

Last night I went to the exhibit opening of my dear friend CW Slade. "Unspoken Narratives" is at McLean Gallery in Malibu, and if you find yourself in that neck of the woods, drop on by for a look into CW's mystical world. Or take a look at the gallery site, it's not up on CW's site yet.
This piece on the left was one of my favorites.

Here's my lil sports fan Peyton. Becca bought her a Laker jersey.
Peyton gets the funniest look on her face when she is having her picture taken...she lays down and closes her eyes like she's embarressed...but then she's up again and off and playing.

Will post some art in the next couple of days. Till then...go Lakers!

Hi Angela: We love the coffee cup with the "Outsider" art in blue. I bought it for the picture, my wife uses it for tea. I just bought Bill Mumy's "big ideas" CD and see you did the art! How cool is that! All the best to you in all your ventures.

P.S. A nice new photo of you on the page too! Your whole site is a work of art and one of the best "star" sights I have seen.

I can't quite tell from the pix...is your pretty-pretty Peyton a Sheltie? Not the usual Sheltie colors, (looks more like Border Collie markings to my eye) but seems to have the Shetland Sheepdog muzzle and build? Anyhow, she's gorgeous!

In Answer to your Questions...
Thanks for your kind words.
Yes...Peyton is a Sheltie. She's black and white with no sable coloring, which is kind of unusual.
When we sit to watch tv...Peyton brings her 'silent' toy for a few rounds of catch...then she sleeps through the TV programs...
I'm doing the art for Bill's new CD which will be out in a few months...It's called "The Landlord or the Guest"...I'll post when it's released...

You need to get another jersey the way Kobe feels about the Lakers these days.
