part 1 another world...

I was elated when I received the call that Princess Cruises wanted me to be a guest lecturer again. Last year I had been on their Mediterranean World Cruise and it was fantastic...this year I would be joining the ship for the Asia leg. Starting point - Guam. The best part was my kids would join my husband and me for this adventure just like they had last year. How blessed was I.

Arriving in Guam...the water was so clear...the weather was so humid. We walked along the beach collecting shells and walked around until it was time to head to the hotel and get ready for the next day.
Heading back to the hotel I spotted this young couple that had just gotten married.
Note the black tights...never seen that at a wedding before. Little did I know just how popular black tights are in Asia...

The next morning we grabbed breakfast and headed for the ship to begin our adventure at sea.

Angela...You are the epitome of the quintisential tourist. Now you have explored the country's that were very much a part of my military experience of the 70's. Its peculiar how time has changed everything .. you so enrich us with your travels ...
