What a great article. I have been using old nail polish on many things other than my nails for a very long time. The best application i found was to use it on jewelry when i was missing a stone or a pearl or something tiny that needed to be filled in. I used a wonderful marble type of white polish on some old (presumably costume ) pearls that were scratched and need a little resurfacing, on bracelets with tiny rubies missing- etc and even a gorgeous pair of earrings that needed a touch of purple because the enamel had come off. Just love when we use items "off label" for our art- much like MDs use drugs "off label" for non prescribed conditions!! :)

Nail Polish? Great idea!!. I loved the magazine article. The cover with the amputated arm creeped me out a little. Maybe you should have put some of your nail polish on it... maybe some sorta whimsical color nail polish, just to take the edge off of it......

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed seeing you all on TV together again. It was great to hear all the little fun behind the scenes tidbits, and I can't wait to see the book. SOM is very special to me, my late grandmother and I saw it together for the first time. I saw it 3 or 4 more times that year and watch it whenever it's on TV. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Angela,
I have been waiting for you to post about the new book! My daughter bought it for me for Christmas and gave it to me once it was published. I first saw the movie when I was in 3rd grade, so I thoroughly enjoyed reading what all of you were doing and thinking during that amazing experience of filming and afterwards. I also loved the pockets full of fun facsimiles of mementoes. Thanks to all of you for taking the time to create the scrapbook. It was clearly a labor of love!

Angela, you all are so lovely with us, sometimes "a little crazy" and boring fans along the years. Thanks for sharing your memories. But if I can ask something, if you have time, could you get(somehow) "THE TALK INTERVIEW" to the not-USA fans? The video is just available in USA, even in Canada people can't watch it! And one more thing: I wanna wath the "After they were famous" documentary you did, but it's impossible to find it in the internet.
