63 years and counting...

I've been out of town...celebrating a very special day with my parents.
How do you celebrate being married for 63 years?
You go and see "Toy Story 3" in 3D...
which is awesome by the way...Dig those glasses...
It was great to drive to Las Vegas with my sister Veronica to visit with my parents for a week and to celebrate with them their special day. That's my Aunt Mary to the left of my Dad in the top picture...She'll be 90 in October.

Spread the word...
check out this cool art item collaborated on with 29 talented artists and hoping to  raise much needed money for A Place to Bark, Bernie Berlin's animal sanctuary in Tennessee.
Take a look...it's on EBAY till June 29th.

Still waiting to hear from the winner of my Book of Inspiration...Giveaway!
IM Shop Girl...where are you? I've emailed several times and not a word...I'll give her till Sunday and then I think I will have to dip into the hat once again...and pick another winner...

A fun way to celebrate... and it makes me guess that *living fun* goes a long way to making 63 years of marriage, and 90th birthdays possible!
We saw TS3 last night, and I agree: PIXAR did it again. It was awesome.

I want to make it perfectly clear that I did not have anything to do with the strange disappearance of Im Girl,,, I loved the picture of you'all at the m00vies. It was rated PG, I guess. Such wonderful parents and family. Enjoy them every chance you get. BTW, it amazes me how little you have changed, even since "Make Room For Daddy"....... I wonder if I had written my "Quote" in all caps if it would have make a bigger picking-out-of-the-hat target. I hope IG turns up, but if not, the $$$ offer still stands....

Congratulations on your parents 63rd. I hope the winner of your contest comes forward. I'd like this little verse from a poem by Edger Allen Poe titled " For Annie "

But my heart it is brighter than all of the many stars in the sky, for it sparkles with Annie. It glows with the light of the love of my Annie. With the thought of the light of the eyes of my Annie.
